All pricing on site is in US Dollars.

Shipping & Handling

Summer Shipping: During the warm summer months we only ship Monday - Wednesday to avoid having the products melt in a hot warehouse and/or shipping dock. Product is shipped with dry ice. If your product arrives melted - please put in the refrigerator or give us a call.

US Orders: We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.

International Orders: We ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow for 7-14 days to receive your order. Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy is the responsibility of our customers.

HollyBeth's products are made in artisan batches – handmade, poured and packaged to ensure freshness. We normally ship within 5 days of your order date.

We use recycled cardboard boxes and shredded recycled paper for packing and shipping all HollyBeth's Natural Body Product orders.

HollyBeth Purchase Policy

If an order is received damaged we must receive notice within 48 hours of delivery and customer should contact the shipping carrier. We will be happy to accept returns for credits only, less shipping charges for products other than our perfume and candles. Credits are issued within 30 days of purchase.

Shelf Life

Because our products do not contain fillers or chemical preservatives, they should be used within 18 months after opening. Please consult the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol printed on each product for recommended “use by” dates. You can help extend product life by storing in closed containers in cool, dry, and dark environment. Avoid getting water into a product's container when using in the shower or tub. Each of our products is made with high-quality concentrated ingredients that even the smallest amount can serve your needs.
